Over my lifetime I have renovated and extended four different properties that I have lived in, from modern houses to 150-year-old listed cottage. I have personally worked on these projects alongside various companies and tradesmen. Through these experiences the birth of ZPR was created, it was obvious to me that there was a real disconnection from the people who sell you your dream and the people who complete it. When this happened over and over again, it became clear that there was a systemic issue with the way companies operate, and their structure. I decided to create a totally different operation, not purely driven on profitability, but focused on giving our customers the service and quality result for which they have paid for, and entrusted us to supply.

With 35 years of experience in the building industry, I bring a strong foundation of trust, honesty, and transparency to every project. I believe in old-fashioned values—where a handshake still means something, and quality is never compromised. As a bathroom installation specialist, I’ve helped countless clients transform their homes with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. My background also spans a wide range of refurbishment work, giving me the versatility and knowledge to handle projects of all sizes with confidence and care.

David Cobb

With over 15 years’ experience as a Structural Engineering CAD Technician, I’ve worked with a wide range of consultants to deliver precise technical drawings and support on complex projects. After this, I successfully ran my own property maintenance business for three years, building a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and achieving the best possible finish. Today, as part of the team at ZPR Properties, I bring together both my technical expertise and hands-on experience to deliver projects with attention to detail and a commitment to the highest standards.
